Meditate...
Hi Rose, A quick overview perhaps on how to meditate? Meditation 101, if you will...
1. Sit with back straight 2. Focus attention to third eye. Gently look there with eyes closed. 3. Breathe in through your nose and think, "I AM". 4. Exhale through your mouth whispering "Peace peace peace peace peace..." for the natural length of your exhalation. 5. Return to in-breath thinking "I AM". Repeat....
