In Meditation

In meditation, don't expect anything. Just sit back and see what happens. Treat the whole thing as an experiment. Take an active interest in the test itself, but don't get distracted by your expectations about the results. For that matter, don't be anxious for any result whatsoever.

I have been mediatedng right after mom died. I stopped. I took today off of work to mediatate. Too much chatter fromt he world needed to slow it down.

Rose,
I bought Sylvia Browne's mediatations for entering the temples of the other side. #hours of guided mediatations. When I entered the temple of mother Ansa I felt energy near my ovaries I was asking her to help my children get here. In the temple of recollecting I spoke to my mother, father and grandmother. It was wonderful.

In the temple of healing, I wroked on my health issues, wonderful experience.

Trevina,

I got hypnotized by a woman who has a doctorate in hypnosis. It was wonderful! The visualizations so clear and crisp. It was a lovely experience.

We're on the same page...
