scents

Hi Rose,
Some nights I smell rose(which I believe is my grandmother) and puakenikeni( not sure who that is). It is alway comforting. It helps me relax. Last night, I was having bad dream,I woke and cinnamon smell fill the room. I woke up and still smelled cinnamon but I know the apartment on the left is empty and the people in the right were not home..
Can you tell me who is bringing the scent of puakenikeni and cinnamon?
Love,T

How interesting... I smelled Toll House cookies the day of my Nana's funeral... and I cried and said Good Bye Nana tell Jaju (polish for Grandfather) I said hello.

It still brings tears of happiness to my eyes.

Hi T

You must have Hawaiian blood for the scent of puakeniknei to come to you.Cinnamon scent is usally associated to a male spirit.

Usually the scents come from deceased loved ones, like with Jennifer's grandmother, and your gandmother.

Things are so hectic for me, coming to the end of the semester. I've presentations and looong papers due. Looking forward to the end of this semester. I usually take the summer off so that will be good.

Much love to you Trevina, thank you for always being there for me.
Love,
Rose

hi Rose,
I do have hawaiian blood. . Funny after I wrote that note. I was talking to someone about it. She reminded me that RS and I call son cinnamonn,it felt good you said cinnamon scent is male. She reminded me that I have seen daughter in blanket with puakenikeni lei on it.
so I think kids remind me that they are there.
Sorry to hear about your schedule. Remember to take care of yourself as well.
Eyes on the prize the degree.

Love you
