Dear God,I step out of my old shell and into my expanded spiritual self. I trust in Your presence within me to move my soul into this precious present moment. Lift me into an awareness of greater joy and upliftment, elevated love and peace.
Let me make a contribution to the goodness of this world and so live my life to the fullest. Amen
