New Beginnings

Another terrible Migraine this weekend. This one lasted from Friday night through Sunday morning. Due to my fear of taking medications because of what happened to me in the hospital, I am reluctant. DO you think I should go ahead and take the prescribed medicines or do this a natural healing kinda way? I don't know why I started getting theses lately.

In my experience, other than antibiotics and bacteria, conventional medicines do not cure.

I personally treat myself with unconventional medicines and techniques.

I recommend acupunture treatments and the elimination of migriane producing foods, alcohol, chocolate, chesse and nuts.
Drink ginger, chamomille and lemon balm teas. Sometimes placing your hands in hot (but not too hot) water relieves headaches. Scenting the water with lavendar is nice, relieves stress. Carry a little crystalized ginger in your purse and when you think a headache is coming on chew on that.

Let me know...
