Hi Rose,
the past couple morning,I have been waking up and feeling as if I am not in my body. I guess I have been astral travelling but I do not remember anything.

Any help on remembering what I am doing or even how to astral travelling

Hi Trevina

The best way to remember what is going on with you as you are sleeping is to learn Lucid Dreaming. This practice does just what is says, you are aware, lucid, while you are asleep. Carlos Casteneda is one teacher who touches on this subject. His reccommendation is when you are aware you are dreaming try to look at your hands (dream hands). If you can do that that you are Lucid Dreaming. It's not as easy as it sounds.
Astral travel has been explored by many Western teachers and shamans.
You are already astral teaveling so you know how to do it. The goal for you is to be aware, to be Lucid. I have discussed Lucid Dreaming on this site before. See what you can find on your search engine.
Don't worry about it, you cannot be harmed on the astral level, Guruji told me so.

Consciously re-enter your body by mental intention (will yourself there)from the toes up to your, fingertips, on up to your head.

What are you defining as "out of it"?

to me out of it means centimeters out of my body,tired groggy. Basicaly more tired than when I went to sleep
