hi Rose,
my sister's boyfriend has tried 4 times to get on a boat for fishing
the firs boat was sold
boat 2 &3 left without him
boat 4 was supposed to leave Thursday the storm hit,
today he was at the pier since 8 am,the captain left to go grocery shopping to return at noon
has not return as off 8 pm since not there
is he supposed to go fishing?
