Meditation and the "Black Sky"

Good morning Bloggies,

On Meditation: Sit in a quiet darkened place. Be comfortable, relax your body. Let the tension leave your neck, back and sholders. Relax.
Close your eyes and look at the black sky in front of you, behind your eyelids. Now, just like a meteor shower, thoughts will flash across the black sky in your mind. You may choose to follow the thought but after that, return to looking at the black sky in front of you.
Let yourself become absorbed into the black sky. Visualize a candle flame and look at that. Or visualize a mirror and look into that.
With practice, and concentration, you will find incredib

le peace within you.
