This has got to be my month!
Oh and my friend T.S. who has that jealous bf .. he is starting to get on my nerves now, thank goodness i'm moving end of month. He's starting to put me in their mix when they argue, accusing me (to her, not me) of covering for her and stuff. Honey as simple as we went to the store yesterday, and she used my cell to call him, and he called back for her, she went inside while I stayed in the car, i told him she went in the store, hold on a second, I went and took her the phone (it took a few secs to get inside) and I gave it to her. Do you believe THAT caused an argument? I stay out of it, i told her what u said and well, eh, but I just don't wish for him to lump me with his insecurities. Plus I have learned, when u are being accused of cheating the accuser is usually the one who is. Eh, whatever lol.

Humility
Two definitions of humility:
(1) being aware of one's own defects of character.
(2) giving credit where credit is due.
This means if you do something and are successful because God gave you certain talents, give credit to God when someone tells you how well you did; this is being humble. If you are successful at something, but had help from friends, spouse, neighbors, give credit to those who helped you; this is being humble. If you have done a task and you alone accomplished it, give credit to yourself; this is being humble. Say the truth and give credit where credit is due.

Memorial Day
Today, as I reflect on the many wars that have been fought for freedom, I am both humbled and somber.
I am grateful for the sacrifices made by so many people that I might be free, soldiers and civilians who have paid the ultimate price for liberty.
I am also saddened to think that we humans still have not decided to eliminate war as a means to resolving our differences.
I pray that we are able to enter into a new and sustained era of peace. I pray that we open our hearts to one another. I see a world where everyone is free to be who You created them to be, a world where peace and joy are enjoyed and shared by all. I see a world, where relationships between nations and between persons are based on love.
Bless those who have died for freedom and those who live for peace. Write Your truth upon our hearts. Thank You God.

If we think about fear in some area of our life, we will probably experience this fear. We move toward and become like that which we think about. If you think about lustful things, it's a matter of time before you'll be wrestling with it. We should think about our visions to make sure they include the Great Spirit in every area.

Sometimes it is hard to see the blessing that will come from a tough circumstance. My only job in such a time is to hold the light of faith in my heart. This light acts like a laser beam, cutting through fear and doubt. I am holding to the truth that Your goodness lies beyond every difficult situation. I am able to think more clearly and consciously. Shine Your light, God, through the eyes of my heart, so that my faith can see Your goodness in every moment.

Dear God, As I begin to detach from all of my difficulties, I begin to feel a sense of sweet peace. I let go into the flow of Your loving Spirit. Had to share this with the boardies here. This past Tuesday I was out in my backyard. It was idyllic, the spring weather was beautiful, sun was shining on two frangrant lilac bushes that were in bloom. Oh, it was so peaceful and tranquil that my mind wandered up to God for this ecstacy of the senses, I closed my eyes while my mind sent praises of "thanks" to the Creator for this "moment" -----------just then, at that "moment" I felt a plop on my nose?? yep, a bird hit me w/poop right on my nose!! Boy, did I break up laughing, I laughed so hard walking back into the house and washing my nose off. I really imagined that the Creator wanted to get my attention!!! I'm laughing right now at the incident.

dlc 4-22-66, I know that I already asked you about my divorce/support and how things were going to go; however, went for mediation yesterday and that did not go well. I am going to seek out the assistance of an attorney because my ex lied so badly about the personal items that I requested that it was horrible for me. Items that really mean alot to me especially from my Grandmother. Although, I exposed him in front of the mediator, I need someone to look out for my best interest. I am going to request attorney fees, too, how soon will we go to court for the divorce? He's requesting reduction in child support because he claims he's not working. lc 9-16-61. Is he working? I was told he's working doing something with insurance. Do you know what his new girlfriend does because apparently she loves taking care of him. Is she an attorney? Will the divorce still be fair and just? Will I get equity from our marital home? Just looking for more indepth answers about the divorce and support.

Response to RAM 8/8
It has taken me a long time to write, I was hoping that things would be resolved by now. It is now six months since my Mother's passing, and since then I have been applying for jobs w/o success. I had a temp job in a large city, two hours away from my home. In the meantime I am waiting to hear something on two gov't jobs I've applied for, one is working with contracts and another is legal-related. There are other applications out there too. I've been very upbeat most of the time. But...yesterday I felt a bit down, wondering when my job would materialize. Rose, if the well within has any insight, I wish you would share it with me. The child in me yearns to play and run and breathe and love and be. The child in me knows You in so many ways that the adult cannot. Help me move beneath this sophisticated and intellectual illusion of adulthood and into the heart space of being Your divine child. I trust You to take care of my visible needs, even as I redouble my efforts to lift my consciousness up above negativity. I choose to focus on the world that dwells within me, Your Kingdom of Heaven, and release to You all appearances. Only by putting my energy on my relationship with You, can I feel Your uplifting presence, which moves me past my problems into Your solutions.

Love and Lost
Aloha Rose,
dlh-c 4-22-66, I have a two questions: you said that when love comes for me again it will be unexpected. Will it be with someone whom I have had a relationship with? RR 4-25-62, 63, or 64 (don't remember how much older) has been showing serious signs of interest to pick up again? Not feeling him at all since the same reason why I'm now divorcing is the reason for his and my split. Is it him? If not, do you have a time frame? Sista girl is really missing companionship.
My mother passed in 2003 and I have only had 3 dreams about her. Am I still hesitant with acceptance or protection of all my loved ones and denying myself to feel the pain, void, and really have a good hearty cry? I really miss her and I know for a fact that she has become my assigned angel. Just want insight as to why I'm not dreaming about her as much as my siblings.

Rose would you look into the well for me?
It has taken me a long time to write, I was hoping that things would be resolved by now. It is now six months since my Mother's passing, and since then I have been applying for jobs w/o success. I had a temp job in a large city, two hours away from my home. In the meantime I am waiting to hear something on two gov't jobs I've applied for, one is working with contracts and another is legal-related. There are other applications out there too. I've been very upbeat most of the time. But...yesterday I felt a bit down, wondering when my job would materialize. Rose, if the well within has any insight, I wish you would share it with me. How to get the most out of my well
Hi Boardies, aloha and good morning!
Sometimes when I "read", look for information for you, it's so easy; the answer just pops right in front of my mind screen, like a little movie. Sometimes I feel I'm moving like frozen maple syrup, sludging around looking for the answer.
I recently had a consultation with a guy from Texas... it was a frozen maple syrup sludgefest. BUT! I learned something (again?) really cool from it...
I, Rose, do not have your answers. The well of intuition within me holds the answers. When you approach the well within me it is you that has to seek the answers within me. I will allow myself to be open for your access. I will be the channel or tunnel, you look into me, I look into "it" and will tell you what I see. You are the seeker, I humbly represent the seen.

If we let our minds wander, we will come up with a lot of junk: maybe bad thoughts about a brother or sister, maybe angry thoughts, maybe self-pity thoughts. Our minds are not the boss. We can instruct our mind to think about whatever we want to think about. We cannot stop thinking, be we can choose what to think about. The Elders say we move towards what we think about. That's why they say, "Think about what is holy, think about the Grandfathers, think about culture, think about values, think about ceremonies, and think about good."
Great Spirit, today, empty my mind and let me experience what it would be like to think about what is holy.
