Dear God, This week we celebrate conscious kindness. I go beyond common courtesy and make an effort to tune into the needs of others. Observing from my heart, I can see what can be done by me to ease the burden of another human being. Help me remember, God, to include myself in this joyful experience. When I am hard on myself, it is difficult to be kind toward others. I am committed to being as kind to myself as I am to others. I tune into my soul and its needs. In my quiet times with You, I fill my inner cup of kindness with Your infinite love.
