It sounds familiar.....
Hello Rose :)
I haven't talked with you in a long time. Things are so much better now. I feel a lot more calm and settled finally. Very happy about that. Hope you are doing well.
Well, just for fun, I went to sit under an umbrella and had a foo foo drink on February 13 like you said. LOLOL ha ha. Thought I would just wait and see what would happen. Didn't meet anyone interesting (more like uninteresting and older). Then I met GP 8/15/57 (not sure about the year) on February 21. It sounded familiar. About 5' 9" with slightly balding hair, Ponytail, did something with interior designs and traveled between Texas, LA, and NC at times. He was fun and interesting. Not sure if I like him yet. I was lukewarm about the attraction. The thing about him that reminded me of you was that he smoked cigars. (You said I would not like that habit) You were right. I wreaked of smoke afterwards eventhough he did not smoke, and I was coughing for a couple of days. He was nice enough though and a gentleman. Can you give me your impressions of him?

I had odd dream Tasha was going on a plane to California,I was at the airport,giving her stuff. I forgot to give her something,so I go on the plane,when I get on the plane it takes off. Tasha does not know I am on the plane. I sit down enjoy the view. When the plane lands in Maui,I love the beauty. I am not concerned,worried,i am enjoying the ride,scenery. the plane takes of again headed to Hilo,as it flies there,I start thinking,I can get of the plane,it would be cheaper to return to Honolulu from Hilo. As the plane descends into Hilo airport,I decide to leave the plane,I look to the seat behind me,my grandmother is there and she says"yes,get off here." The plane lands,I try to leave the plane,when i do,I am stopped. I explain that I went on the plane to give my sister something. Hi Rose,we love you too!!!!!! Last night,I had a dream ( I felt it as well) that I was giving birth to a daughter. This was first time i dreamt of giving birth without going into coma for 3 days. Itwas eay delivery, after that i heard little boy laugh he showed me pictures of his and his twins birth. I thought it was interesting was after birth of daughter,I suggested to the doctor that cord blood be used for experiments instead of stem cell,today I watch montell williams with Sylvia Browne shesaid the same thing. my sister NAW 3/23/72 had a dream that our father DEW 5/7/37 asked her to buy our mom some flowers,he specificied flowers she liked,and say they were from him. I bought her lavender rose plant(they had no lavender roses)they plant had plastic marker that said from my valentine.I hope he liked what i bought. i do not remember him ever buying her flowers when he was alive. he has been died since 1980 and they divorced in 1972.

Mental Health Days
Good Morning Boardies
Everyday we suit up and show up for our responsibilites. Sometimes it all gets to be just too much and we go on overload. Those are the times to take a mental health day, a day to cancel the appointments, call in sick, and do something good for yourself, even if it is just sleep.
Waking up in overwhelm is not pleasant. Sometimes we just need to cry. Put on some music that lifts your spirits, call someone who loves you, make some chicken soup or bake some cookies.
Rest, relax and breathe. Get out of God's way. Consciously relax and know that you need to recharge your batteries today. Tomorrow when you wake up it will be different and you'll better face your responsibilites.
Superwoman doesn't live here any more, it's okay not to do anything for one day.

When I choose to live from the Highest part of my being, when I choose to take the Higher Path, then I live non-violently. When I flip someone the bird in traffic, or give stink eye to someone who takes my parking place, or be cranky at a service worker...those are acts of violence. Taking the Higher Path, living non-violently, takes practice, but luckily for us we have every new moment coming at us from the Universe. Each one of those very precious-never-before moments is a gift and an opportunity to live in peace with Everything.... The energy is ours to worship and adore.

Beat Up!
I recently started this part time job in addition to my full time job. The part time job is pretty good and the company is excellent, but they convinced me to work at their most demanding restaurant. Needless to say, I work Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to nearly 6 pm and I don't see any light in this tunnel. I am seriously thinking of quitting because I have virtually no free time, I miss my husband, and I absolutely hate it.
Although the answer sounds so simple (which is quit now!) I do need the money for the short term. Can you see if it would be wise to suffer a bit longer there or just quit now and let the Universe take care of me? RLYK, 01-22-60.

Meditation Q & A with Shri Anandamurti
Shrii Anandamurti, in the second half of the 20th century, once asked: Now, the question may arise: is not the effort of meditation a mental occupation? His answer was: No, it is not, for a mental occupation is concerned with the doer I or ego, with the effort to attain for that ego. But the effort of meditation (deep divine contemplation) is the effort to see beyond the small ego and to see the Oneness of all things - including your mind within the Whole - so we cannot call this an ordinary desire.
Meditation is not a mental propensity, it is the fullest expression of one's Self. Anandamurti also asked: What is the science of spirituality (spiritual practice)? To this the answer was: The process of transforming basic inclinations towards a higher consciousness. This is known as the science of spiritual practice. The spiritual practice which liberates the aspirant from dullness or animality and expands one's self is spiritual practice. Spiritual practice needs a scientific approach.
Spiritual practice means a practice for expansion, and this expansion is nothing but a liberation from the bondage of all sorts, of dullness. Irrespective of caste, creed or religion, one who aspires for spiritual expansion, or does something concrete, is a spiritual aspirant.
Spirituality and spiritual science in itself is neither a religion nor an ism". It is the fundamental path and psycho-spiritual approach. So keep going. It is also good to see that a number of people have now been taught their own personal meditation technique.

Spiritual practice means a practice for expansion, and this expansion is nothing but a liberation from the bondage of all sorts, of dullness. Irrespective of caste, creed or religion, one who aspires for spiritual expansion, or does something concrete, is a spiritual aspirant.
Spirituality and spiritual science in itself is neither a religion nor an ism". It is the fundamental path and psycho-spiritual approach. So keep going. It is also good to see that a number of people have now been taught their own personal meditation technique.

Please pray for my boyfriend Steven. He is going for an interview for a job as a Deputy Sherrif on 2/13. He wants this job so badly and it will take a miracle for him to get it.
Also, Steven is being deployed to Kuwait, probably in September. Please shower him with spiritual armour and protection.

I lost 7 more pounds YAY! ... total of 10 since last week Wednesday. I get weighed every 3 days.
