Focus Your Attention

Affirmation: I put my whole self into the present moment.

Meditation:
Dear God,
In Your light, there exists only right now. When I catch my thoughts wandering into the past or future, I bring my focus back to the present moment. I am clear and I am aligned with where my consciousness needs to be in the moment. Sometimes that means taking action; sometimes that means that I am simply being in Your love. Either way, it is worth the effort of training my mind to become more and more receptive to You in each moment. Thank You, God!
