Aloha, Rose ~~~
I have a seriously mentally ill relative who periodically barges into my life, bringing a cloud of hostility and negativity with her. Because she's so poisonous, I avoid all non-essential contact with her -- however, thoughts of her occasionally intrude into my mind. I find myself thinking, "Gosh, I should have said this to her" or "Hey, just think how she'd react if I did THIS."
Negativity begets negativity. Aaaargh!
I'd like to completely block her from my thoughts and mind but, unfortunately, really don't think that's possible. However, I'm hoping you might have some suggestions on how to prevent her insidious negativity from creeping into my brain. Any ideas? A special meditation perhaps?

Meditate on love. Feel it in your heart chakra. Be there and be with it. Trust the Love. Love truly conquers all. When you feel any negative energy infuse that energy with love. It will dissolve it. There's nothing you can say to her but you can pray for her, sending love her way. Do the Meta meditaion. You can find the instructions on the net.
There's no time and no space for negativity in our lives.
Love is all there is.

Ack -- the board wouldn't let me just modify my previous post! (LOL)
What I was trying to say is that I might also try some spellwork -- narrowly targeted -- directed at keeping her out of my life.

Love is enough. Read today's post on mental equivalent.
Focusing on the negativity promotes it's existance.
I can help if you like. Private email me about this.
