Aloha Precious Ones

I got my college ID yesterday, found the libray and my first classroom. I look very happy in my ID pic. I am very excited to be going to college. For now, I am attending the same campus as my granddaughter!
I have again begun the "Loving Kindness" meditation. It feels very good and works like this:
Sit quietly. Start with yourself and say "I bless myself with Loving kindness". Then say the same thing and name your friends and family, for example "I bless my daughter with loving kindness" "I bless Steven with loving kindness" etc. You can bless your neighbors, neighborhood, county, state, the country another country, the world!
Enjoy the gift of life and suck the juice out of the fruit we call life.
