I would like to ask for your help once again. Are you able to communicate with our guardian angels and spirit guides? And if so, can you tell me anything about mine? How can I communicate with them?

I see two women, ancestors, who stand by and guide you. One is a very good cook or baker. They smile when I see them.
There is also a man who appears youthful and fit. He too feels like a relative. You have several angelic guides. Basically, you are not going through life unprotected nor are you alone.
As you are falling asleep silently ask one of them to appear to you in a drea, Ask for a message, a guidance, and ask them to speak in a way you can understand them.
Meditation is listening...meditate to hear.
