Trying to remain centered ...

Aloha, Rose ~~~

Well, the big move to the Big Apple is just three (!) short weeks away. I know there are favorable forces at work (I can feel them), but I'm still nervous about the move, itself, and more than a little anxious about this entire "Leap of Faith."

Any suggestions for staying centered and "in the Flow" ???

Peace & Love --

Maybe my love Kaye just intellecutally knowing that any move is unsettling and a 3 month adjustment is to be expected, is enough to center you. Excitment and anxiety are very close to each other and may be misinterpreted for each other.
Meditation may be difficult for you now, you may try a guided meditation tape. I have a new technique I have been using. When I close my eyes I visualize a gold bowl. On the inside lip of the bowl I run my mind around it "hearing" and picturing a mantra, such as Nam Myo Renge Kyo, the lotus sutra. I see the words going round and round the bowl gradually moving toward the bottom of the bowl which then becomes funnel-like. Before I know it I am asleep.
Much peace your way Kaye
