Aloha Boardies
I have finally gotten thru the intensity that was going on at the clinic. I no longer love this job but still love my addict patients. I am looking forward to the next wonderful opportunity God is bringing toward me.
I thank you all for your emails of support, kindness and love.
I love You. Namste

Aloha Sunday Boardies
Hiya my heartlings
I am back from a weekend retreat where I did my best to leave my nurse job stress behind. Our clinic is being surveyed for accreditation this coming Thursday and Friday. So along with my over 100 patients per day I have to work on that also. I so pray for God's helping hand in all of this. I am ready for a change in pace and hope God takes a minute to lovingly intervene on my behalf.
So please bear with me (again I apologize)after the survey I'll have more time to attend to the blog.
Loving you all

Visions of Peace
Hi Rose,
Today in my friend's car driving in Kaneohe on our way to Windward Mall. On the Koolau Mountains,I saw angels in various forms. I told her when we got to Windward Mall. So we went to Windward city mall, showed her one angel in Koolau mountains, then she saw one. As I got out of her car,I looked at Koolau,I saw figure of Sacred Heart with his arms outstretched.
I told my friend about this, she said "Wow your visions are getting stronger. I got no messages from this visions. I felt peaceful and I got chicken skin. Later when we were in Ross' at Windward City Mall,we smelled flowers,She thought it was violets. We had just put flowers at her Grandmother's and Great Grandmother's grave at Greenhaven. I looked at her and said" They are saying Thank you." She agreed.
Was there a message to my visions?
Love,t

Quick update on New York plans
Aloha, Rose ~~~
The "big move" is approximately six weeks away, and things are beginning to fall into place. Late last week I signed a lease on what will hopefully be a nice apartment in uptown Manhattan. Just today, I (finally) received my region/district assignment. As Fellows, we're placed in the districts that have the greatest need for teachers so although we're asked for our preferences, there are no guarantees that any will be honored. However, I ended up with my 1st choice of both district and region (Manhattan!), so I'm quite pleased.
And now that I have my assignment, I can actually start applying for jobs! More to follow .....
Peace & Love & moving boxes galore ~~~

I found out what April Circled in Red Meant in the Dream
Yup now I know!
My uncle Edwin (my dad's brother) wife passed away last Saturday .... and My uncle Raymond (my mom's brother) died (the one i asked you about way while back brain anurism) he has pnemonia and passed away this morning in the hospital.
So i assume that was the significance of April circled in red.

Another Meeting
Dear Rose,
I haven't written to you in a while. Been so busy. I went through a world wind move and finally fell in the whirlpool as Hangelgirl would forsee. I am still trying to find my path in life and follow it as the universe would like. Starting all over again has been an experience. It almost feels like I have no real home of my own but it feels like a breathe of fresh air for some reason.
I am also a bit burned out. Trying to plan a trip to France to visit my friend EL 10/13/62. I was surprised to be invited. Not sure what the motive was to have me there. I assume just friends.
I am also supposed to meet VIE '62 (not sure of the month or day just the year). He is a music therapist and from Maui? What do you think?
Thanks again and big hugs to you,
SW 6/19/63

Ask for Help from the Universe
Aloha my sweet Boardies
As long as you're praying for help and guidance you might as well ask the Universe. There is unlimited energy available to us, all we have to do is ask. You don't have to wait until you are upset and desperate either. When asking for Guidance becomes a regular part of your life you will feel in tune and things will move miraculously and harmoniously. By asking the Universe you are asking your Highest Consciousness. Inquire within for therein lies Reality, peaceful, wise and protective.
love you all
Have a great week!

Desire Beyond Yourself
"Whatever you desire to have for yourself, find a way to give
it to others. That is how you will surely attain what you
are truly seeking.
Look carefully at your desires, and the desires behind the
desires, and they will tell you much about who you are. Just
as importantly, they will show you the unique and valuable
gifts you can give to life.
When you approach your desires from a purely selfish point
of view, you will always be frustrated and disappointed.
Instead, take a step back and see those desires in a more
powerful and generous light.
Consider your desires in terms of how they can inspire you
to give value to your world. Then, instead of frustration,
those desires will be leading you toward success and
fulfillment.
Your deepest desires are intensely personal. And yet the
best way to express and fulfill them is by bringing their
value to as many other people as possible.
Desire can push you powerfully forward. When it does, look
beyond yourself and let it take you someplace truly great."
Ralph Marston

it's work...
hi rose,
hope all is well. been following the blogging. and as always, learning and growing from everyone's experiences and your knowledge.
it's been super stressful at work with a very difficult manager and changes in company structure. i try to rise above and not let it get to me too much. there are days i want to scream and hit something but i have some great co-workers and we help each other cope.
my question is that we have our district manager coming in this week for a visit and wanted to know how things are going to turn out. will our current manager last with this company? will things get better?
thank you-
kat

Dream
hi Rose,
I had a dream that my former co-workers (3 of the are Christian and 3 are Catholic)
and I were sitting in coffeehouse,
discussing religion, right outside the coffeeshop was a bulletin board.
The bulletin board had post-it notes. On the post-it notes, people wrote
their feelings about God.
I walked to the bulletin board, when I got there I saw three young asian boys
were sittting under crying because they could not write on bulletin board.
I divde my paper in four section , I let each one write and the youngest drew on it.
Once i put the paper on the bulletin board,I woke up and felt peace.
any thoughts on this dream?
Love,T

The History of April Fools Day
Unlike most of the other nonfoolish holidays, the history of April Fool's Day, sometimes called All Fool's Day, is not totally clear. There really wasn't a "first April Fool's Day" that can be pinpointed on the calendar. Some believe it sort of evolved simultaneously in several cultures at the same time, from celebrations involving the first day of spring.
The closest point in time that can be identified as the beginning of this tradition was in 1582, in France. Prior to that year, the new year was celebrated for eight days, beginning on March 25. The celebration culminated on April 1. With the reform of the calendar under Charles IX, the Gregorian Calendar was introduced, and New Year's Day was moved to January 1.
However, communications being what they were in the days when news traveled by foot, many people did not receive the news for several years. Others, the more obstinate crowd, refused to accept the new calendar and continued to celebrate the new year on April 1. These backward folk were labeled as "fools" by the general populace. They were subject to some ridicule, and were often sent on "fools errands" or were made the butt of other practical jokes.
This harassment evolved, over time, into a tradition of prank-playing on the first day of April. The tradition eventually spread to England and Scotland in the eighteenth century. It was later introduced to the American colonies of both the English and French. April Fool's Day thus developed into an international fun fest, so to speak, with different nationalities specializing in their own brand of humor at the expense of their friends and families.
In Scotland, for example, April Fool's Day is actually celebrated for two days. The second day is devoted to pranks involving the posterior region of the body. It is called Taily Day. The origin of the "kick me" sign can be traced to this observance.
Mexico's counterpart of April Fool's Day is actually observed on December 28. Originally, the day was a sad remembrance of the slaughter of the innocent children by King Herod. It eventually evolved into a lighter commemoration involving pranks and trickery.
Pranks performed on April Fool's Day range from the simple, (such as saying, "Your shoe's untied!), to the elaborate. Setting a roommate's alarm clock back an hour is a common gag. Whatever the prank, the trickster usually ends it by yelling to his victim, "April Fool!"
Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fool's Day. Sometimes, elaborate practical jokes are played on friends or relatives that last the entire day. The news media even gets involved. For instance, a British short film once shown on April Fool's Day was a fairly detailed documentary about "spaghetti farmers" and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees.
April Fool's Day is a "for-fun-only" observance. Nobody is expected to buy gifts or to take their "significant other" out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Nobody gets off work or school. It's simply a fun little holiday, but a holiday on which one must remain forever vigilant, for he may be the next April Fool!
