Everything is for something!!!

Happy Valentines Day Rose,
For what you do for Free, you are truly a Rose.....I appreciate it very much....and try to pass it on however I can...(been giving my egg art away to those who are in need of a pick me up....Such as my boss/friend just fought cancer, and another friend in a car wreck last Sunday, and lost his leg. But anyway my question today is:
I got a phone call to from a realtor representing a Company/Factory that my property borders. They want to purchase my back two empty lots, but would consider buying my out completely (including the house). They will be offering me more than market value. I dont know where i would move to ....yet. I could use this opportunity to move far away, or stay close to family and friends. I would follow my art if i thought i could make a living from it.....This is just the begining. But can you highlight any of this to find a clearer direction? SMB 8-12-64. I realized just a few days ago that i would love to have a gallery representing all the extremely fine artist that i know who are also having a difficult time selling their work. This would of course have to be in an location that has wealth.( I think).
