In the silence I get in touch with a deep serenity. I go into the world and the noise is almost unbearable. Traffic, egos, ching ching of cash registers, jet planes, telephones, cel phones, emergency sirens, all enough to send one's nerves through their skin!

There is nothing to fight over, nothing to fight for. Nothing really matters enough to remove me from my center of peace.

Truth and It's integrity : I believe that deep in everyone's heart they know what's true. There is nothing to fight over. If I am going to master my ego I need to surrender. Surrender means you don't have to fight anymore.

Things just are as they are. There is love because there is hate, war because there is peace, greed because there is generosity, lust because there is celibacy. Cause and effect, yin and yang, attraction and repulsion.

It is in the wakeful detachment that we are free.
What greater gift can we give to the world than to help heal it with kindness, love and compassion, one person at a time.
We are so gifted by Love.
