I'm still teaching at the same school where I was hired last year, and things are going well except for one thing. As best I can tell, my Principal has decided that she no longer wants me on her staff and is going to try to fire me at the end of the school year, despite the fact that the kids are learning more and causing fewer disruptions than ever before.
I'm working on the assumption that I'm going to have to find a new job by Fall, and am actually hoping I can find something sooner.
Do you have any insights on this, or perhaps suggestions on where to look?

I see the situation changing. You do not feel as if you will be fired. The change will come because something more interesting will be offered to you. It feels like an alternative education system.
