and sent out a few more resumes to advertising agencies and planning to pick up the yellow pages... lift it high in the air .. drop it and whichever page it drops open on .. apply to companies on that page :-)

Lost and don't know what to do

Even more so than usual, my life is in a state of upheaval right now, and I just don't know what to do. My teaching contract was not renewed for next year, so as of the end of this month, I'm officially unemployed. I'd only planned to teach here for a year anyway, but this kind of forces the issue. My original plan has always been to return to Oregon, since that's what feels like "home" to me. However, my heart tells me to return to Virginia, since that's where Taylor is.

Or, rather, I know that Taylor isn't really "there," but it's the place he considered home, and it's where he finally found peace. And it feels important for me to be there, but I recognize that much of that feeling comes from a not-emotionally-healthy-right-now part of me.

I've been applying for teaching jobs in Virginia, but without success so, thinking that perhaps the Universe is trying to tell me something, I've now started applying for jobs in Oregon as well. It's early in the process, but I haven't yet heard anything from that direction, either.

At this point, I just don't know what to do -- Oregon? Virginia? Be near Taylor, or just keep him in my heart from afar? He always felt I abandoned him (and, basically, he was right). I don't want to do that again and, honestly, I don't think I can handle any more guilt.

I feel so lost (and, yes, I'm still grieving big time).

Dreams

Rose,

I forgot to mention this to you. I have had some strange dreams in the past but this one was weird. I am in a car while Mark is driving, and I have my arm out the window. All of a sudden, a big black bird , typical to a large crow or something, starts pecking at my right arm. Hurting me and causing me to have open cuts. Needless to say I have felt very uneasy since then. What do you think this means?

Rose,I debated about reposting. funny as I thinking about it. you posted about it. funny. I think I need to do clearing of my mind and heart before the footwork.It is amazing the dreams I have been having,and how freer I feel when I wake up. When I go to sleep and say I will forgive a certain person,then dream of them. During the dream,we settle things.do you see you performing my wedding?Every night,I mediatate,and let daughter and any other children that we will be blessed to have in our lives know that they are loved,and wanted. Both RS and I dream of the same house,as time goes by it becmes clearer and clearer. We seen furniture,fixtures, and the yards.It is eerie when we talk.Hilo sounds great, i have applied ther,even interviewed with no luck getting employed there. I know when the time is right it wil happen.I love you
